Candace Owens – a black conservative – takes a page from President Donald Trump's playbook when encountering unhinged liberals: she is fearless. Her career, at the tender age of 28, has accelerated to the point of making the Nancy Pelosi's and Chuck Schumer's very nervous, given her growing national popularity to ignite ideological warfare among leftist-indoctrinated blacks, including Millennials on college campuses.
Franklin Bynum was unchallenged and won the Democratic nomination to become a criminal court judge in Houston. Mr. Bynum is an avowed socialist and he’s not alone in that conservative state. At least 16 other socialists appeared on the ballot in primary races across Texas. Socialism has oozed out of college classrooms and into the ballot box. “Yes, I’m running as a socialist,” Mr. Bynum told the New York Times. “I’m a far-left candidate. What I’m trying to do is be a Democrat who actually stands for something, and tells people, ‘Here’s how we are going to materially improve conditions in your life.’” Wanna be Judge Bynum is a member of the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA), which is growing by leaps and bounds after Trump’s election, even in conservative states. The NYT reports, “D.S.A.’s membership has increased from about 5,000 to 35,000 nationwide. The number of local groups has grown from 40 to 181, including 10 in Texas. Houston’s once-dormant chapter now has nearly 300 members.”
To my Millennial friends who favor Socialism: beware of what you are asking for. UB 05/05/2018 Ryan McMaken May 5th marks the 200th Anniversary of Karl Marx's birth, and in spite of inspiring a wide variety of political movements that have caused countless human rights disasters, Marx continues to be an object of admiration among many intellectuals and artists. One such example can be seen in Raoul Peck's new film The Young Karl Marx which portrays Marx is a principled radical with a laudable thirst for justice. Fortunately for Marx the man and his reputation, he never personally gained control of the machinery of any state. Thus, the dirty work of actually implementing the necessary "dictatorship of the proletariat" was left up to others. And those who attempted to bring Marxism into the light of practical reality, quickly found that applied Marxism brings impoverishment and the destruction of human freedom.

Millennials, those born between 1982 and 2004, are the largest age cohort in American history, and according to a recent poll, most of them (44%) prefer socialism to capitalism (42%). An earlier 2015 poll found an even larger number of Millennials (53%) with a "favorable opinion" of socialism. Inference: America is in trouble. Maybe Donald Trump can stem the tide for another four or even eight years, but support for socialism will continue to mount as long as Millennials remain ignorant of what socialism really is. The greatest danger to this country comes from the fact that so many Millennials don't understand politics and economics.
Millennial friends. beware what system of government you support. Lars Lamonte April 3, 2017 Brazilian journalist Felipe Moura Brasil watched the recent American elections with a mixture of awe and horror. He could simply not understand how educated Americans who are supposedly paying attention to the world around them could possibly be drawn to socialism, even as they watch the socialist nations of the world collapse into chaos. The Brazilian recently connected with Prager University in an attempt to educate Americans about socialism and hopefully keep us off the broken and destitute path of our failing neighbors.
